    \n Disney Children\u2019s Fund announces donation recipients for 2011 <\/h1>\n

    Hong Kong Disneyland Resort held a ceremony on 11 September, 2011 to announce the nine recipients of the Disney Children’s Fund for 2011. They will share HK$1 million in funding to run creative child development projects that improve family relationships. Christine Fang, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, who attended the ceremony, said that the Fund can improve relationships between family members and strengthen the linkage between generations. In addition, Disney VoluntEARS from different lines of business will share their professional knowledge and skill with the recipient charities.<\/p>\n

    This is the fourth year since launching the Disney Children’s Fund, and through it, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has donated a total of HK$3 million to 26 organizations over the past three years, benefiting. The list of fund recipients for 2011 are as follows (in no particular order):<\/p>\n
