    The Caring Company NGO Partnership Day 2009\/10 was successfully held on 25 March 2010 (Thursday) at Hall 5F u0026amp; 5G of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, with nearly 4,000 participants joining us to celebrate the achievements of the 2,082 Caring Companies and Caring Organisations and established community networks in the Social Partnership Exhibition and Experience Sharing Sessions, which were newly added in the event.<\/p>\n

    Henry TANG, GBM, GBS, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration of HKSAR, the officiating guest presented awards to winners of the Outstanding Partnership Project Award and Total Caring Award.<\/p>\n

    The Recognition Ceremony was the highlight of the Partnership Day. The prelude (theme song of the Caring Company Scheme\u300a\u751f\u547d\u9713\u88f3\u300b) performed by the corporate volunteer choir demonstrated the message of establishing social inclusion by joining hands among the business and social service sectors.<\/p>\n

    In aligning with the mission of the Caring Company Scheme in promoting and strengthening social partnerships among the business and social service sectors, the Social Partnership Exhibition was themed with several components, namely Community Partnership, Social Enterprise and Social Services Highlight. There were 77 exhibitors participated in the exhibition, including local NGOs (75%), local companies (20%) and NGOs from the Mainland (5%). Besides, 15 Experience Sharing Sessions were conducted. Business and social services partners shared precious experiences on developing community projects, corporations also shared tips of sustaining CSR momentum and long-term social service partnership.<\/p>\n

    The Caring Company Scheme also took the opportunity to recognise the effort and continuous support of the Patron’s Club towards the Scheme to further promote CSR movement in Hong Kong and other regions.<\/p>\n
