Hong Kong\u2019s ethnic minority communities include many highly educated professionals with global perspectives and cross-cultural expertise. By breaking down stereotypes and language barriers, companies can unlock this high-caliber talent pool and convert it into tangible business competitiveness.<\/p>\n

    The Seminar on Cultivating Ethnic Inclusion in Talent Development successfully concluded on 28 October 2024. The session gathered business leaders and ethnic minority youth to explore actionable strategies to identify and leverage ethnic minority talent to achieve win-win commercial and social outcomes.<\/p>\n
