With the support of the Caring Company Scheme Patron Members, we organised over 20 Theme-based Partnering for Growth sessions in 2025, which attracted more than 1,000 participating companies and organisations and received substantial positive feedback. Therefore, the Scheme will continue the Co-Learning Activities in 2026. This initiative consists of a series of social-focused co-learning events designed to connect different stakeholders and facilitate mutual communication and collaboration to drive social progress. Local charitable organisations and social enterprises (hereinafter referred as \u201cpartner organisations\u201d) are invited to collaborate in organising these events.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide opportunities for cross-sector exchange and learning to deepen stakeholders\u2019 understanding of social issues<\/li>\n<li>Connect stakeholders with shared interests in the same issues to foster collaboration, collective impact, and stronger networks<\/li>\n<li>Establish cross-sector models for social resource sharing to strengthen companies\u2019\/ organisations\u2019 implementation and extend partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Participation Details<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Interested parties should submit application form based on the following five themes and hold co-learning activities between May 2026 and February 2027. <strong>Each eligible <\/strong><strong>partner organisation may submit proposals for more than one topic; up to two <\/strong><strong>proposals per topic. Please submit a separate application form for each proposal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Suggested Content <\/span><\/strong>(for reference only, eligible partner organisations are welcome to propose other content according to their areas of expertise)<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Caregiver Support:<\/strong> Promote caregiver support policies, create caregiver-friendly environment<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empowerment (Elderly\/ Women\/ Youth):<\/strong> Talent development, skills training, active aging<\/li>\n<li><strong>Environment:<\/strong> Corporate environmental initiatives, data tracking, green supply chains, and sustainable product development<\/li>\n<li><strong>Health &amp; Well-being:<\/strong> Work-life balance, mental health resources<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inclusive Workplace:<\/strong> Diversity and awareness-raising training, accessible work environments, retention strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target participants:<\/strong> Those interested in sustainability and caring business practices<\/p>\n<p><strong>Format: <\/strong>1\u20132 sessions. We welcome any experiential or interactive approaches, online or in-person, that encourage companies\/ organisations to learn about and deepen their engagement with the social issue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants per session:<\/strong> Minimum 40 participants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fund arrangement:\u00a0<\/strong>The initiative is supported by the Caring Company Patron\u2019s Club. The maximum funding for each proposed activity session is HK$10,000. Administrative costs must not exceed 10% of the total cost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Application Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Interested
