The Caring Company Scheme adapts international sustainability standards to local contexts, assisting local enterprises in meeting foundational requirements and setting basic thresholds for practicing a caring culture, aiming to drive businesses towards a new phase of responsible operations. Simultaneously, the Scheme, through establishing platforms for diverse activities, foster communication and collaboration between businesses and social welfare sector, paving the way for broader opportunities in developing cross-sector community initiatives that address social needs.
Companies / organisations that successfully receive respective logos in a given year are categorised into Large Enterprises, Small and Medium Enterprises (Caring Company Logo applications), and Organisations (Caring Organisation Logo applications). Each category is further divided into four levels of recognition based on sustainability performance.

To honour companies and organisations that have actively participated in community partnerships through the Caring Company Scheme over the past 24 years, the Scheme will continue to recognise participants who joined on or before the 2023/24 cycle under the previous recognition system – namely, the receipt of consecutive participation logo. Companies with accumulated annual recognition for five consecutive years or more will receive the Consecutive Years Logo provided they meet the current Scheme’s requirements. However, this recognition system will not apply to companies or organisations joining in the 2024/25 cycle or thereafter.

The Recognition Logo is a meaningful visual hallmark that mirrors the identity of the refreshed Caring Company logo. Adopting a geometric approach, it serves as a mark of dedication for companies and organisations committed to caring for the community and supporting sustainability.rnrnThe interlocking u0022u0022Csu0022u0022 remain the central focus, symbolising the ongoing synergy of co-creation, connection, and continuity. The signature red and orange palette represents Caring Companies and Caring Organisations. It also stands as a testament to the spirit of cross-sector collaboration and the collective impact we make together to build a caring and sustainable city.
