Application Fee

Filling requirements:
- Out of 5 criteria, 2 or more different criteria must be mutually confirmed by both the applicant and the nominator.
- There is no limit on the number of partners, however, the applicant and the same nominator may submit only one Form A.
- Applicants may invite multiple nominators to submit Form A. All criteria filled in Form A will be aggregated.
- Each Form A must be confirmed by both parties to ensure the information is accurate before submission. Once submitted, the form cannot be amended.
Validity period:
1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026
(Any community partnership projects completed within this period and not previously used for applications in the 2024/25 cycle will be considered.)
2025/26 Nominator List:
As “Form A: Community Partnership” requires mutual confirmation by both the logo applicant and nominator to constitute a valid nomination. Applicants must ensure relevant nominator(s) have completed their “Basic Information” update and pass the eligibility review to participate in the Scheme this year. Please note that if the nominator fails to pass the eligibility review, the relevant Form A will be deemed invalid.

Form B consists of 65 criteria, covering “Partnership”, “Social Sustainability”, “Economic Sustainability” and “Environmental Sustainability”.
Filling requirements:
- Form B should be filled in by the companies applying for the Caring Company Logo or the organisations applying for the Caring Organisation Logo (Applicants).
- Applicants are required to respond to the 65 criteria as a basic requirement for participating in the Caring Company Scheme.
- There is no minimum passing score for Form B for the 2025/26 application cycle.
Validity period:
Any consecutive 12-month between 1 January 2025 and 30 June 2026
The nomination for Caring Ambassadors is to encourage employees who actively support and participate in community activities organised by their companies or organisations. A maximum of 3 staff members can be nominated by each applicant. If the applicant becomes a recipient of the Caring Company / Caring Organisation Logo, the recommended staff member(s) will automatically become “Caring Ambassador(s)” and receive a digital certificate.
There is no required roles and duties set for Caring Ambassadors, but we encourage them to actively promote and participate in community engagement with their companies / organisations.
The one-time application fee is HK$800, payable by the companies or organisations applying for the logo. The fee is non-refundable, and tax exemption does not apply.
