The seminar on “Understanding CSR in our Community”

The seminar on u0022Understanding CSR in our Communityu0022 was successfully held on 30 April 2014 with over 80 participants. Speakers included Mrs Brenda LEE, Hon. Advisor, Caring Company Scheme, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), and Mr. Thierry Chan, Manager of Environmental Management, Business Environment Council (BEC). They shared about worldwide and local trend issues of Corporate Social Responsibility and best practices in managing carbon footprint and environmental management in workplace. Through this seminar, the participants understood more about CSR trends and the current social issues in Hong Kong.
