The second seminar of u0022Health Care Support to On-job Caregivers Series ~Work-Life Balanceu0022 was successfully held on 28 February. Ms Sonia Tsang, Assistant general manager (Organization and People Development Division) of Hung Fook Tong Holding Limited, Mr Alan Chan, Senior Manager of Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, Mr Gordon Yau, Director of Asian Academy for Sports and Fitness Professional, Ms Miki Mori, Director (Consultant and Training) of Community Business, and Ms Christine Fung, Senior Marketing and Communications Manager of Inspiring HK Sports Foundation Limited, were invited to share their experience in putting work-life balance into practice in an enterprise. They also provided valuable suggestions and solutions to the participants on employee needs, company benefits, employees’ physical and mental health, and establishment of company culture to promote work-life balance.

Through this seminar, participants had the opportunity to exchange views on work-life-balance, promote active communication, and engage in brainstorming sessions to conceive effective work-life-balance measures. We hope that this seminar has stimulated further thinking and inspiration for the participants to strive for a balance between life and work by creating a healthy work culture. Ultimately, this will improve personal happiness index, work efficiency, and achieve a balance between life and work.
