2024/25 "Business Showcases Care" Program: Caregiver-Friendly Businesses/Organizations FAQ
The Caregiver-friendly Companies/Organisations is a special recognition list newly launched under the 2024-25 Caring Company Scheme, aimed at identifying and recognising companies/organisations that support the needs of caregivers in the workplace.u003cbru003ern
There is no requirement for companies and organisations to submit a separate application and application fee for the Caregiver-Friendly Company/Organisation recognition. All submissions for the Caring Company Scheme which meet the eligibility requirements and complete the Scheme application process will be automatically entered into the assessment process for this special listing.u003cbru003ern
Companies and organisations must be recipients of the Caring Company or Caring Organisation logo for the current year and information provided by applicants in Form B and supporting documents will be evaluated, as well as public information where necessary. Special recognition will be awarded based on overall performance and the positive impact on caregivers included:u003cbru003e1) Workplace dimension: Providing policies, benefits and facilities to support caregivers in workplace (eg. Providing lactation facilities, mental and physical health support, and other measures)u003cbru003e2) Customer and Community dimension: Addressing the needs of caregivers through business models and community service initiatives (eg. Offering caregiver‑friendly products and services)u003cbru003e
Yes, Caregiver-friendly Companies/Organisations logo recipients may download the logo files and digital certificates from the system.u003cbru003ern
The results for this year’s applications are scheduled to be announced in December 2026, Caregiver-friendly Companies/Organisations recognition list has been uploaded to the Caring Compay Scheme website (https://caringcompany.org.hk/recipient-lists/recipient-special-listing/).
Caregiver-friendly Companies/Organisations aimed at identifying and recognising companies/organisations that support the needs of caregivers in the workplace. Its purpose is to recognise and encourage more companies/ organisations to adopt and promote caregiver‑friendly policies and services; therefore, there are no levels for this recognition.u003cbru003ern
