Validity Period of “Form A: Community Partnership” Update

Effective immediately, the validity period for the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25, specifically for Form A: Community Partnership, has been updated from 1 January, 2024, to 30 September, 2025.

This adjustment aims to encourage the development of more community partnership projects. Companies/Organisations applying for the Caring Company or Caring Organisation Logo are encouraged to invite local charitable organisations exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (according to the effective date of Inland Revenue Department, registered in Hong Kong for at least 1 year) to be your nominator, and complete the partnership projects within the specified time frame mentioned above and fill out Form A.

Please note that once Form A is submitted, it cannot be altered. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate.
