Stress comes from physical, psychological, personality and other environmental factors. It happened when people face sudden extra responsibilities on caring for family members, problems on interpersonal relationships, as well as accidents and disasters. Thus, participants are advised to think positively by doing more exercises, having healthy food, participating in voluntary services or developing more healthy hobbies. Besides, they should treat themselves better on physical and mental needs and to develop positive mindset. This series was sponsored by the Community Chest of Hong Kong.
