The third seminar of u0022Creating a Healthy, Safe and Happy workplaceu0022 Sharing Series: Effective 2-way communication was successfully held on 25 April. Ms Phoebe Wan, Program Director of Wofoo Social Enterprises Limited, Ms Terry Fang, Co-Founder of Sunta Chemical Ltd, Mr Michael Lai, Head – Human Resources u0026amp; Administration of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management), Ms Christa Cheung, Supervisor (Counselling u0026amp; Research) of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and Mr Tommy Wong, Senior Training Consultant of Vital Employee Service, were invited to share how two-way employee communication could be carried out effectively in workplace. The speakers also introduced important elements and skills that facilitate effective communication among employees, as well as good practices.

We believed participants would find the benefits brought by two-way employee communication that could help create a more open and transparent working environment.
