Application Arrangements for the Caring Company Scheme 2025/26

The 2025/26 logo application is now open until 31 August 2026, at 6:00pm. Please take note of the following arrangements and key milestones:

To facilitate a smooth submission process for both logo applicants and nominators, we have prepared checklists of required documents and information. Please click the links below to download the relevant checklist:

3. “Form A: Community Partnership” Nominator List

As “Form A: Community Partnership” requires mutual confirmation by both the logo applicant and nominator to constitute a valid nomination. Applicants must ensure relevant nominator(s) have completed their “Basic Information” update and pass the eligibility review to participate in the Scheme this year. Please note that if the nominator fails to pass the eligibility review, the relevant Form A will be deemed invalid.

4. Online Information Sessions & Capacity-building Workshops

To assist companies and organisations better understand the application mechanism and gain a comprehensive understanding of the submission requirements, we will host a series of information sessions and capacity-building workshops between April and June. The first three online sessions are scheduled for 16, 28 and 29 April. Interested parties are encourage to register early. Please click here for more details and registration.

5. Adjustment of Application Fee

The one-time application fee for the 2025/26 cycle is HK$800, payable by the applicant. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable and is not eligible for tax exemption.

6. The Caring Company Scheme Logos and Certificates Usage Deadline

The Caring Company /Caring Organisation Performance Recognition Logo, Recognition for Consecutive Participation Logo, and related certificate(s) issued in 2024/25 and subsequent years do not carry an expiry date. However, logo recipients must email the layout of promotion materials using the logos to caringcompany@hkcss.org.hk for review and record. Such promotion materials can be publicly used only after obtaining approval from the HKCSS.

Please note that logos issued for 2023/24 and earlier have expired and should no longer be used.
