Last year, the Scheme underwent a major revamp by localising international sustainability standards to establish a more credible benchmark. This milestone defines society’s expectations for a “Caring Company” and encourages continuous advancement across sectors. In the first year of this transformation, we received over 4,300 applications, among which 3,500 enterprises and organisations successfully achieved the Caring Company or Caring Organisation logos.

Following the successful conclusion of the 2024/25 cycle, the first-ever “Caring Business Achievement Report 2024/25” has been officially published. Bringing together the sustainability data of 3,500 “Caring Companies”, this report serves as a practical guide for enterprises / organisations to plan their future sustainability strategies. Furthermore, it enables the HKCSS to provide pragmatic policy recommendations to the HKSAR Government regarding the local business sector’s sustainability progress, including how to align and integrate with the National 15th Five-Year Plan.

This representative baseline of local data would not have been possible without your active participation and valuable insights. We look forward to further deepening this database together, turning it into a pivotal starting point for the Government to integrate Hong Kong’s sustainability metrics, and collectively contributing to the nation’s long-term sustainable development goals.

• Acknowledgement Arrangement 1 (Donation of HK$250 or above): Your enterprises’ / organisation’s name will be featured on the acknowledgement page of the Scheme’s official website, and one complimentary physical copy of the “Caring Business Achievement Report 2024/25” will be delivered to you subsequently.

• Acknowledgement Arrangement 2 (Donation of HK$5,000 or above): Your enterprise’s /organisation’s name will be featured on the official website, and five complimentary physical copies of the aforementioned report will be delivered to you (which you are most welcome to share with your key stakeholders to celebrate our shared achievements), plus an acknowledgement feature on our official LinkedIn page.

• Acknowledgement Arrangement 3 (Donation of HK$10,000 or above): Both your enterprise’s /organisation’s name and logo will be featured on the official website, and ten complimentary physical copies of the aforementioned report will be delivered to you (which you are most welcome to share with your key stakeholders to celebrate our shared achievements), plus an acknowledgement feature on our official LinkedIn page.

• Regular Acknowledgement (Open to Any Amount): Your enterprise’ / organisation’s name will be acknowledged on our official website as a token of our appreciation.
